Query String issue

Hi All,

I need one help related to one query in CLM. I have created one report which will bring the data and it will be used as cover page data(Summary) later can be exported to PDF, in this i am facing an issue. when i tried to pull data string which is about 2000 chars, it is pulling only some data trimming the rest. Can you please let me know how to proceed on this to print data in the report.

Hi Chava,

I’m assuming this is a big text type of field. If so, it is not possible to display the entire content via a query as the data itself is stored as BLOB in the database. It is however possible to get the first 1000 characters which I believe is what you are currently doing.

Thanks alot for your response on this. Yes i am using big text. Is there any work around to display the full data atleast in bits. so that i can display in the report side.
