My points tally was standing at 89 points, but now its showing as 25.
Whats the issue??

Look into your reputation tab

there you can see your life time points and your points for the last 365 days
the difference between 89 and 25 got removed because it is not within the last 365 days
Your current points are based on the activities of the past 12 months. When you earn new points, sometimes they are re-calculated and the expired amount is removed from your current total.
However, your lifetime points is always increasing (unless something was deleted): http://scn.sap.com/people/srs.saphr09/reputation
