Hi Friends,
We are considering an option of Integrating Outlook email with Solution Manager for Creating Service desk ticket.
If someone can share their experience while achieving the same, it will be of great help. Please assist with issues faced and RFC/Bapi/ WebService called in SolMan to create the Ticket.
