For FPLT there is field FPLNR in which you can get sales document. Pass this Sales document in VBFA and get billing document. Pass billing document in VBRK and get condition record.
For FPLA you can also have Sales document in that in VBELN. Pass this in VBFA in VBELV and get billing document in VBELN field with VBTYP_N = M What is difficulty in this if this is your requirement. If there is something else you want to know please update.
