Problem with Reimport ARFC 2 Model - CE 7.2

Hi Experts,

We are working with WebDynpro Java Applications in CE 7.2. We have a problem in a RFC 2 Model, a change was made to an RFC and does not take the change in the Reimport. The change made was a data type (String of 12 to 15).

Does anyone know what might be happening?

Hi,

We can go through below steps :

1. Check the RFC by SE37 ; see if the changes (i.e data type) reflecting or not?

2. Check with R/3 or ABAP'r if they enable/ activate the table in which the data type changes made.

3. See if the RFC is available into the Function group and you can able to see that under Model                 Re-import screen.

Hi Sambaran,

We check all the steps you identified, the change is active in ABAP.

The problem was solved with the updated version of NWDS.
