SAP-PO Installation

Dear Experts,

The client has decided to go for SAP-PO and I never worked in either SAP-PO or SAP-PI 7.31 Java only.I need experts opinion on

the installation part which I have to share with BASIS.

1.If I ask BASIS team to install SAP-PI 7.31 JAVA only, does it mean that it would include other two components 
i.e. BPM and BRM

2.What should be the exact input to BASIS team so that SAP-PO is installed?

Hello Rebecca,

You can just tell your basis team that they can download the NetWeaver 7.3 EHP1 software.

In the sapinst (tool that's being used to install SAP), they can choose the process integration and orchestration package.

After the installation they will have to run some wizards to activate the usage types.
