Hi All,

Do we really need RFC destination of type T from ECC to PO box in my case.

my scenario is SOAP(XML file) --> PO --> ECC (IDoc)

and I also need to configure outbound ALEAUD IDocs from ECC --> PO.

I have already created one RFC destination NWA of PO box towards ECC (PO --> ECC).

Will you be able to "Ping Destination" without creating Destination to your receiver system, its nothing but a communication check.

What I remember RFC Client Parameters in Receiver IDoc_AAE Adapter is mandatory, though you are using Default.

Refer this blog by Michal, check reply from Gourav Khare

Hi,

Please check this note to define default port for idoc receiver:

Note 1653715 - Default sender port for Java IDOC Adapter receiver channels
