Dear sd gurus very good day

We can find Availability check in 4 Places

1) ovzg

2) ovz2

3)ovz8

4)vov6

    Dear exactly if we not maintained one T.code also Availability check is not working plz Could you give me exact clarification on this ?

Hi Venu,

Yes, every transactions hold its own importance. Its like any other configuration you have in SAP. For E.g.the way you complete various steps to get the pricing in sales order.

Dear i want some more clarification from you

Must be switched on at the requirement class level and at the schedule line level. ( For availability check)

Ok if so  what is the importance of remaining 2 availability checks plz tell me

Hi,

OVZ2 - is the checking group, which will control the scope of the Avb. Check,whether its individual orders or Daily orders. This checking group will be assigned to Material type and plant.

OVZ8 - is nothing but activating at schedule line level (its same as VOV6) if you forgot at schedule line creation level, you can do along with your avb. check config.

Note: The information is very well explained in SPA help or even in SPRO.
