Program or report to run to delete the deliveries which are not available in system but available only in Document flow in SAP

Hi Friends, can we delete the delivery which is not available in the system.somebody archived or deleted the delivery. i want to completely remove the delivery from the system meaning that there is no need to show the delivery in document flow also.we are having more number of deliveries which are archived or deleted but present in document flow when clicking to see the delivery number it is not available.Is any program  or report needs to be run to fix it?
