Does anyone knows is it possible on a smart phone (android, ios...) use a sapgui (or better ITS GUI)?

Theoretically you could use SAP GUI for Java on devices that support Java but the recommended option would be to either use SAP GUI for HTML (webgui) or SAP ITSmobile. SAP GUI for Windows won't work on the smart phone, even if it is a Windows phone. See the attached link for more information on ITSmobile.
