GRC AC 10.0 - BRM Approvals

Hello,

I am currently configuring the BRM module in AC 10.0.

While creating a business role, is there a possibility to ask:

- first for approval by owners of roles (single) that are part of this business role

- second for approval by the business role owner(s)

How would you set this up?

Is there a possibility to do this via a request for role change in the ARM/PMU module

and ask there for the approval of an assignment of a role to a business role?

Can you share your experience on this topic?

Hi Johan,

I have the same scenario... When adding a single role into a business role, I would like first the approval of the single role owner and after approval by the business role owner.

Did have success in configuring this workflow?

Hi Johan,

While creating Business role it is only possible that approval can only be done whomsoever is added in the owners/Approvers.

And whenever we assign the role through ARM it will only go for the approval to those who is added in the owners/Approvers keeping in mind Assignment Approver checkbox is selected.
