Hours mismatch between CN41N & CJI3

Good Evening Team,

Network A has total quantity is 200 hours & actual cost 2000 EUR when I open the same network in CN41N

Actual cost is 2000 EUR, the actual work is 500 HR, it said as internal processed activity under object type text in the column.

Note: Same hours can be seen under forecast & actual work field, dates column on network activity overview in project builder

Please help how the hours are populated in network overview.

Dear PS Gurus,

Many Thanks for all.

Whenever we plan hours (example 100hours) in CJ20N. Then through CAT2 (100Hours) CAT5 hours are transferred.

If we reverse the hours through CAT2&CAT5 (100hours) value will be nullified.

But where as in project builder the system shows (100 Hours as actual under dates filed) same can be seen in CN41N

Please let us know do we need to write to SAP about this or is there an SAP note for this.

Hi,

Do you see the 'X" mark in Transferred column of table CATSPS for reversed time also. This X mark will be displayed after execution of CAT5. What about the costs for transferred hours. you must be seeing value with '-' sing in CJI3.

Yes i am seeing X in CATSPS table & i am seeing -sign in CJI3 ( 100-).

Do i need to write to SAP or this can be achevied by SPRO settings.

Hi,

Execute the CJEN and let us see how it would help you. You can refer to SAP for solution. let us wait and see for other views.

Besides above, check table AFRC and CN30 some times it stuck over there becaue of various reasons.

Hi Praveen,

Would like to add few more points here that.

If you have using CN25 for activity confirmation then those hours are recorded in table AFRU.

If you are confirmation activity through CATS, then those hours are recorded in table CATSDB and CATSPS. You can also check the time booking hours against employee and network in CADO.

I would like to know how you are booking the actual costs for these hours? Is it by way of activity confirmation or CATS entry or some other way?

Try running CJEN for the affected proejct and then check once again.
