CHARM: workflow tasks list empty in WEB UI

Hello,

I am facing an issue with workflow tasks being displayed at home page of CRM WEB UI of SolMan 7.1 SP8. I can see workflow emails for approver of RfC in SBWP transaction, but I don't see any notification in workflow tasks or Email Inbox in WEB UI. The workflow works obviosly properly as the mails reach SBWP. Has anyone of you faced similar issue in CHARM?

there was missing agent assignment and wrong attribute(correct value :General tasks) for task "Approve Rfc" . More info in description of
