Log on to SAP GUI

Dear all,

I'm new to the SAP community network. I recently downloaded the SAP gui program.

But I have no idea how to log on or which connection to choose.

I can open the SAP screen & I have the following options:

SAP ucc magdeburg bw 7.3 training system

Napali - sap erp 6.04

Tirane - SAP erp 6.04
