SAP SOLMAN Error

Dear All,

Please help me in solving the below error

WARNING[E] 2013-03-05 09:26:42.015
CJS-30149  ABAP processes of instance SOL/DVEBMGS00 [ABAP: UNKNOWN] did not start after 10:30 minutes. Giving up.

ERROR 2013-03-05 09:26:43.171
FCO-00011  The step start with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0|NW_CI_Instance|ind|ind|ind|ind|11|0|NW_CI_Instance_Start|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|start was executed with status ERROR .

I have no clue about it since I am doing it for the first time.

Can you please guide me what all steps I need to follow to resolve the error

Please try to start the SAP manually and check whether it is opening.

Please attach the dev_w0 file from the work directory if the restart didnt work.

Hello,

It looks like the message server is not responding for connection to the dispatchers.

issue a stopsap

then cleanipc 00 remove (2/3 times)

kill all the processes for SOL (especially sapstartsrv process)

then startsap
