how do we transfer stock excisable plant  to  plant in sez zone

what are the legal implications

Hi Ajith,

SAP does not currently support SEZ sales.

For your stock transfer between SEZ and non SEZ you can consider having
the excise duty conditions as part of the STO pricing & load it to
inventory (if necessary) during PGI.

Hi Ajith,

You can use deemed exports while creating excise invoice for the STO to the SEZ plant.

The below one explains more on what is deemed exports.
