Credit management Requirement

Hi,

Can any body suggest me in addressing the below requirement.

Credit limit: The overall Credit limit has been decided on company’s level. Company’s credit limit will be divided in agent groups and according to agent group assigned to Sales Person; credit limit of sales person will be decided. Further agent group will decide credit limit for customers pertaining under that particular agent group. In this way credit limit for a customer will be decided. Since a customer can do transactions through more than one agent group, different agent group will assign credit limit to that customer. So total credit limit, for that customer will be decided after considering credit limit assigned by different agent groups. But while considering credit limit for agent group, only to the extent to credit limit assigned by that particular agent group will be considered.

Credit limit can be interse change within agent groups by marketing head and for customers credit limit can be interse change by sales person on the request of customer.

Hi,

it's not easy to get what you want....some ideas:

1) use the HQ/branch concept to break-down credit limit that a customer receive from each agent group

2) set the total customer credit limit in FD32 and manage the rest out of the system or through z-table, z-report (but in this case you won't be able to use standard credit check features)

Let's whether someone will come up with better ideas! 🙂
