Rule Set

I would like to write a Rule that If Production Order is confirmed in SAP then through EM an E-Mail will be sent to MRP controller.

How to write this Rule Set in EM?

What will be the syntax.

Hello Prasad,

normally you have then an event for Production Order is confirmed. In the rule set you can check with activity EVENT_CODE_CHECK if this event happened and then trigger the alert framework.

There are many examples in the delivered scenarios just check e.g. rule set:

TRA10

-> rule EMAIL_CUSTOMERS

multi task activity TRA10_DELAY_ALERT

just go to transaction /SAPTRX/TSC0TR there are many examples also the one mentioned above.
