Auto Email During Post Goods Issue

I would like to know if it is possible to send an email with attached text file during post goods issue (pgi)?

What transmission medium should I select (simple mail or external send)?

You Can use any of the above Output type. But I think, Simple mail is a good option, where you will not need to do a lot of code changes.
