Hello All,
We are in SRM 7.0 SP02 and we are replicating SAP HR org structure to SRM. Recently a user account of centrally locked on user's BP in SAP HR. And when the user returned back to organisation this central block was removed.
Now the user is able to create the SC and submit the SC, however the ship to address tab is blank. The default address number is maintained in the user attibutes.
Other regular users are not facing this issue.
Please provide pointers to resolve this issue. Let me know if any addition details are required.
