Sample Defects Recording

Can anyone tell me if you have a Master Inspection Characteristic setup for defects record, for each sample that has a defect recording does it log it into a table that links the data together?

Example:  I am recording from a catalog (Paint Colors) all are Reject except for the color yellow which is Accept.  We may run a particular Serial number through inspection serveral times each time recording a different paint color for the defect.  Each time it is ran through it is recorded as Sample 1, 2, 3 etc......  So I am trying to find out if the system will link the data to the correct sample number.

Sample 1 =  Orange......Reject

Sample 2 =  Blue.......Reject

Sample 3 =  Yellow.....Accept

Where can I find this information in SAP?  Is it stored in a table somewhere?

Check the table QASR. I think, you will get from that.
