A SAP Note 1771404 - Law 198/2012 - Invoices and Delivery notes visa a implementação dos requisitos legais da lei 198/2012.
Relativamente aos documentos de transporte é dito o seguinte:
- DELIVERY NOTES APPROVAL:
The notification of the Authorities can be done per phone or online.
In OE2013 additional information is provided:
- The approval for the transport documents will only be valid in May 1st
- It's excluded from this approval of the transport document when the
document used for this purpose is an electronic invoice, or an invoice
issued by a certificated program
No further details have been published yet and a further legal document
(Portaria) is expected to come soon to define the details on how the data
transmission is to be done and which information is to be provided.

Alguém sabe qual o status de implementação desta parte da nota (delivery notes approval). Presumo que estará ainda em clarificação/definição...
