Hi,
We use CRM IT Service Management for service processes. I need to replicate Change Requests (ITCH) and Change Documents which are created in CRM to the Solution Manager. After that it will be possible to relate it with transport requests in Solution Manager (Supposing Charm and TMS configured in Solution manager). Is there any implementation way to replicate or transfer "Change Requests" from CRM system to Solution Manager system?

Create new new change requests in solution manager and include object with existing new transport created in solution manager change requests.this way you can continue moving the transports.
