UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION clicking on 'create comm follow...

Hello colleagues,

I am basis consultant and not familiar with SRM settings ,posting my question here.

When I click on RFx and clicking on 'Create comm follow-on RFx' , it leads to the following dump

UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

Buffer table not up-to-date

I searched all the notes , did not get exact solution, seems, this issue may occur with several other reasons.

Please guide me on how to check any settings / configuration.

Hi,

Please share the ST22 log, above exception is a generic one and difficult to understand the actual root cause of the dump.
