Empty Business Explorer Folder

I have used the installation Server with SAP GUI 7.30 core patch 2 Hotfix 2 and the BI 7.x Add-On patch 201.  It does uninstall BW 3.5 and install BI 7.x.  However, it leaves behind an empty Business Explorer folder under All Programs.  This is confusing my clinets.  Is there a way to correct this?  This is happening on Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit.
