Hi All,
PFA snapshots of the job log.
There is a BW job which fetches data from R/3 and that is activated in BW.
It generally takes 40 min, but today it took around 4 hrs.
So it was clear that there was an issue in R3. Please help us in finding out the reason why the job took longer time to complete.

Below part of log says that customer enhancement is called with 51,509 records which is what took the longest amount of time. Do you process same number of records daily?

Also check IDOC logs whether there was something that took so long to go, any connectivity issues, and smq1,smq2 for any queues on error.
