We have implemented sap sourcing for forward auction functionality . where auction owner is able to perform the admin activities .
But as per customer requirement "there will be separate team /agency who should perform admin activities" while auction is open for bidding
& owner will monitor the event .
We approached the solution using add "reviewer" in collaboration of auction & agency is able to monitor but not abel to access
"manage tasks" menu to perform actions such as manage schedule , disqualify bidder etc.?
So we are exploring option to create "administration" as one of option in role for collaborators
who can peform admin access .
So kindly suggest approach to meet this requirement. .

Hi Santosh,
One option you could consider is to create a user group and add the admin type users to that group. Then add the group to the auction with role as Collaborator.

Thanks for quick response .. I have added admin user as collaborator.
But the role collaborator requires change authorization so provided "edit" auction access to that user.
It resulted in admin ( non-business /system group) user authorized to "manage auction" options as well change every business important information(add bidder, items & attachements ) (which owner only expected to) .
So business requirement is that owner should have only access to change add bidder, items & attachements important information etc.
Admin should only monitor & perform "manage auction" options ( disqualify bids / disqualify bidder & manage schedule etc) only when auction open for bidding.
Could you clarify further .
