Message Id and Timestamp - SFTP Adapter

Hello,

I use AEDAPTIVE SFTP adapter.  We have a requirement where the filename needs to be added with both timestamp and message id.

As I explore the options, I find either timestamp or message id in the SFTP receiver.

Is there any alternative where both can be added together.

We have an option of creating a temporary file name in SFTP receiver adapter. Have you tried that?

I don't understand how using the temporary file schema will help me create the timestamp and messageid.

Sorry Anandha,

I misunderstood this with one of my scenarios.

But cant we achieve it by using Dynamic file naming in mapping. We have a standard udf to get the message ID and we can append the time stamp in the mapping itself.

Hello Anand,

I had explored that option. The problem is that the structure was given by our client and we don't have any unused fields to put the filename which then passed to ASMA.
