I am currently setting up ChaRM in Solution Manager. At the point where I need to create a custom approval procedure "SAP Solution Manager -> Capabilities (optional) -> Change Management -> Standard Configuration -> Transaction Types -> Approval Settings -> Define Approval Settings" I run into a problem where I keep getting the message
Entry IT000003 does not exist in TJ20 (check entry)

when trying to copy the standard approval procedure SMCR0001. I obviously missed a step somewhere but cannot find where although possibly when copying the standard transactions to Z transactions. The thread https://scn.sap.com/thread/3295022 has a nice guide as to what I want to do. Any idea what I might have missed? .
