Now i want to see the print preview of this form but am not able to see it.I went to the transaction NACE and got the program name and form routine.Program is the std program SAPFM06P and routine entry_neu. But now how do i check the print preview since the program is not executable? Help as I need to customize other form based on the output of this form.

Hi

From NACE transaction you will also get information of the output type for the PO form.

Go to ME23N transaction and click on Messages button, If the output type is attached to the PO then just by clicking on Print Preview you will be able to see the preview of the form that is configured in NACE.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Go to ME22N and put a purchase order and click on messages.

Now add a output type - the same which was available in NACE transaction.

After doing this click on print preview to view the preview.

If you just need to look at the preview:

ME22N and there is a button for print preview on the top.

Alternatively use ME9F to process the o/p. There should be an option for print preview on the output.
