How to add devices to Afaria

Hi,

How do we add devices to Afaria?

I tried creating the policies for application, configuration and enrollment for an android device. But still It shows only one device in my device list.

When I open my self service portal, it shows empty list for the devices.

Where am I going wrong.

Hi Annuk,

On your mobile device you need to navigate to your self service portal and follow the steps in the tab 'Enroll'.

You'll need to download the Afaria client and perform the actual enrollment.

Once this enrollment is performed, a second device will be visible in the device list in Afaria.

Hi Anwaar,

You need to download Afaria Client in your device, then configure the application client (register a code and username of device). After this, username automatically appear in afaria server.
