Hello Experts,
My client would like to have an alert scenario as followed:
whenever a request is "stuck" for approval for more then 2 days,
the system sends an email (to the outlook box) to the approver of the stage, reminding the user that there is a request pending for them.
I was hoping you can help with configuring such a situation.

What about using Program: GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER
You setup what reminders you need and how often.

Hi Michal,
You can execute transaction SE38 to run the program "GRFNMW_BATCH_EMAIL_REMINDER". Create a variant for this program by providing details like MSMP processes, configuration of days for reminder e-mail, template selection for reminder e-mail, etc. Then schedule a Background job to execute this program as per the frequency of the email alerts.
