I have scaned an image, modified it in Photoshop (made white bgcolor) and imported it in SAP.
In SAP I see gray bgcolor of my picture (not white).
What should I do?
Thanks! I have solved my problem with 256colorBMP.

Hi,
I had the same problem. I resolved it by using pictures under this : 256 colors BMP file. It's a problem of conversion when you upload your pictures in SAP.

which color depth you saved it in Photoshop with ?
I would try to reduce color depth for your TIFF or BMP file and then upload to SAP.
