Generate mail when any file or Folder chage or Create in Cfolder

I want to generat mail notificaton when any chnage in  Cfolder file or folder how i do in cfoldere please guide me

Hi,

you need to use the subscription feature, in your case probably on the collaboration level.

And in the user settings, activate the notifications in mode "Immediately".

Hi,

the "Subscribe" flag is located on nearly every object somewhere in the object detail screen.

Notifications settings can be found under "Settings" in top right of cFolders screen,

Prerequisites for setting up mail notifications are documented in cFolders configuration guide.

Thanks For Replay Now i want to create Status Profile, I also create Status profile from Status Managment, but when i try to assign status profile it show blank

Hello Nainesh,

I am not using cfolders but I am using documents in PPM and I configured status profile for folders and documents in this step :

SAP IMG --> SAP PPM -->Project Management -->Documents --> Create Status Profile for Document.

Not sure if you need configure it here,
