Payload based Search - Some Grey Areas

Hi,

I am trying payload based search in AAE , PI 7.3 and when I had completed setting up the Filters and Extractors , I see that Test Search Criteria Button is still disabled even when the FIlter is Active.

Also, whenever I try to Index archived messages, the Indexing fails always.

Is this a bug? or am I missing something out

Hi Krish,

Please select one of the filters from the drop down and then you can have the "Test Search criteria" enabled for you. I have used this functionality quiet well.

Regarding the failing of indexing, you need to re-configure the Search filters. it must have missed some thing.

This is not a bug check your config once.

I had implemented this and worked well without issues.

I would recommend it testing from monitor than from the config page.
