BOQ Timelines not captured in SAP PS

Hi All,

I am implementing SAP BI solution for Real estate client. I have below scenario:

The BOQ is uploaded as activities in PS with cost break-up. The same then goes through PR/PO and service entry cycle. The BOQ timelines are not captured in PS because they can't create detailed BOQ as per schedule so that both cost and timelines could have been mapped in system. Their schedule and detailing of BOQ is prepared by subcontractor and so they track the same in MSP.

So I need your suggestions:

1. Is there any way of bringing BOQ timelines data into PS? other than asking subcontractors to provide detailed BOQ.

2. If its not possible, will I be able to extract data from MSP and merge the two cost and timelines BOQ`s at BI end?

3. Please share any useful documents on this.
