Tracking the time that each ticket spent in each status

Hi,

I am a BW consultant working on extracting SSF data to BW.

have reporting need where they want to track times by status

for each service request. An example report is, how long it took for a

service request that has been moved to "esclated" status to "complete"

status.

Can you please let me know which table/field(s) has this data?

If you are a BW analyst, can you please let me know how I can get this data from 0CRM_TSS_PKYF or 0CRM_TSS_DTRACK.

I came to know that these datasources have these details.

This can be achieved by custom logic as it is not part of the standard delivered offering.
