work centre problem grey out

Hi,

I have attached internal processing activity (Control key PS01) to network.

I want to enter work centre in activity and want to calculate cost of operation. But work centre option is not editable in cj20n refer below screen shot.

Please help me.

Can you post a screenshot of OPUC Influences.

Also, check whether you have user-exit CNEX0002 activated. If so, deactivate and retest.

Go to OPUC - Network Detail screen and check if Work center ( AFVGD-ARBPL) field is marked Ready for input.

After making changes have you checked it by creating new project or referring old one? Create a new project>NWA and check .

If unresolved, please post he screen shot of control key settings (OPSU) and network profile(Activity tab) (OPUU).

In OPUC, for the work center field have you checked if there is any "Influencing" condition maintained?

you need to project data reconstruct through CJEN after customization,

And try with new created project not existing one.

@Sanjeev - Are you sure about what you are talking? How is this related to reconstructing project info database? Could you please explain?

@PS New - Please check if there is any screen variant or transaction variant that is causing this issue. If nothing works please raise an OSS message with SAP.

Gokul i know in reporting case project info database reconstruct will happen but after changing in configuration result is not getting then let say system consistency is. that is the reason for running CJEN. other wise need to raise OSS to SAP.

Hi,

Is this happening to you or with other users also. If it is not happening with other users it might be authorization issue. Did you try to enter in CN22 also. Aslo try CN02 (standard template).

Ask your Basis team to comare the both roles and find out what is missing.
