SOAMANAGER - Web Service Registry PING failure

I am tryign to setup my BW system to be able to use query_view_data service from outside SAP/BW.

While workign with SOAMANAGER( BW EHP2), I did soem setup steps and performed "Health Checks" under "Tools".

Issue 1 :

Sytem Pign is not working. I am having the followign message.

The URL call http://sht046cd.sddc.sbc.com:8010/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/c_srt_wsp_ping_settings was terminated because of an error.

Note   The following error occurred in system BWD : ICF service node "/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/c_srt_wsp_ping_settings" does not exist (see SAP Note 1109215) The error occurred on application server sht046cd_BWD_10 and in work process 0 . The termination type was: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE The ABAP call stack was: Method: STARTUP_CHECKS of program CL_WDR_CLIENT_ABSTRACT_HTTP===CP Method: HANDLE_REQUEST of program CL_WDR_CLIENT_ABSTRACT_HTTP===CP Method: IF_HTTP_EXTENSION~HANDLE_REQUEST of program CL_WDR_MAIN_TASK==============CP Method: EXECUTE_REQUEST of program CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP Function: HTTP_DISPATCH_REQUEST of program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME Module: %_HTTP_START of program SAPMHTTP

Issue 2...My Service Registry Connection test is Yellow with "Error: SOAP:1,007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 404 : Not Found")"

Issue 3 ...When I activate my service I get "

SRT Framework exception: ICF: Error when creating service node. [rc:special_service_error] Method: ServiceCreate; return code: 3

"

What is wrong with the setup.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you check in transaction "SICF" if below node is active

sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/c_srt_wsp_ping_settings

I am having this same issue.  Please could you tell me if this was ever resolved.  It appears I need to setup a new ICF node in SICF.  Is that what you did ?
