SAP QM Notification

Hi Expert,

I want to some help from your side.

1. When user will create a notification for customer complaint ( Q1 and QC ) then system generate a auto email and send to end user,
2. When order is completed then also a mail going to end user

Can you please tell me how it is possiable.

You have to activate Workflow for QM notification under IMG - Quality Management - Quality Notification - Notification Processing - Activate workflow template

If you want dynamic mail receivers who needs to be read from notification, some ABAP development is required. Check with your ABAP Consultants.

Regarding Order, what kind of order you are talking about??

I want only when i will save the notification then a mail send to user with notification detail.

As mentioned earlier, it is very much possible with SAP Workflow. Check with your ABAP consultants or Workflow consultants.
