Preactor and SAP

Hi experts,

We are integrating our SAP system with Preactor software for scheduling. Preactor will send a csv file containing scheduling details. Do you know which FM or code in ECC can we use to allow the file to be uploaded to SAP and update the schedule of the planned/process orders?

Hi, we specialize in implementing APS systems using Preactor. Normally your consulting company should be able to implement and test custom Preactor-SAP connectors to transfer data between both systems.

If you have SAP PI available in your landscape, then it would be much simpler to configure File (CSV Format) to RFC/IDOC/Proxy scenario.

Preactor (Sender File Adapter) >> ECC (Receiver RFC/IDOC Adapter or Proxy)

Thanks for the answer and will keep that in mind. However, these idocs should be processed by a certain function module to be able to change their schedule initially sent by APO to ECC. I need to find out about this FM-

I am not expertise on what you asked, but at least what i remember, i guess BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC or may be BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL can useful.

I am not sure about it, keep SRM guys to be in picture.
