ITSmobile on 4.6c

Good day forum members.

We are currently still running R/3 4.6c (BASIS and ABAP sp 61) together with an external ITS 6.20 pl 39 (dual host installation). We would like to make use of ITSmobile to support a need for barcode scanning as part of our material movements processing.

At this point in time I am just trying to get the demo services to run. My 1st attempt is with ITSMOBILE00. I have gone into SE80 and published the services and templates and uploaded these to my QA AGATE.

When I access the URL https://<myhost>/scripts/wgate/itmobile00/! the following is displayed:

I have checked the logs on the AGATE and I can see the following messages in diagnostics.log

2013-02-28T10:34:05.345 [agate,sapjulep] 00, s000000000B568890, PpioTraverseHtmlPP:  PpttTraverseParseTree(I:\SAP\ITS\6.20\config\..\COS\templates\itsmobile\99\sapmimob1_100.html) failed, rc=0x2103

A 2013-02-28T10:34:05.346 [agate,sapxgdk ] 00, s000000000B568890, MsgtBuildHtmlBlock: IntpDoInterpret (I:\SAP\ITS\6.20\config\..\COS\templates\itsmobile\99\sapmimob1_100.html) failed, rc=0x2103

I guess that somehow the AGATE is not able to interpret the templates correctly.

Are there any additional base services which need to be published on 4.6c/ITS 6.20 in order to get ITSmobile to work?

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

Hi Ruan,

You have perhaps solved this case already?

You need to publish servcie "ITSMOBILE" in SE80.
