Dear Experts,

I have created Initiator rule for new account and change account and I have configured MSMP for the same. But when I tried to create and submit a request for change account I am getting below error:

Item '0001' resulted to 'INIT_USER_CHANGE'; cannot resolve path; check routing mapping

Request submit failed; error in MSMP submit method

I have maintained Rule Results in Maintain rules and maintain route mappings.

Below is the debug log:

Presuming you have created the custom initiator rule in BRF+, have you tried your initiator rule in the "Simulation" mode within the BRF+ workbench?

Hi Swathi,

Check your initiator rule and maintain the same result value in your process initiator. Also check the mapping of initiator - rule set - Path in maintain route mapping stage of MSMP workflow.

Thank.

Please also share your path and route mapping screen shot.
