Is the Requested delivery date is considered  in one time delivery .what makes the difference between these two: one time delivery and complete delivery

Dear i will explain exact difference between One time delivery and complete delivery

           Complete delivery : suppose you celebrating your birthday party then some mandatory things need at a time ex( cake , Chocolates , balloons , and some cool drinks )

so here if your Seller says i will send some things later you never accept bz it should need on the day compalsary  Right

           One time delivery : suppose you want some things then here no need time per ex u need the stock on 05/03/2013 but you clint said i can submit the stock only on 07 full delivery

so here you are getting the stock from Clint but not 05 only on 07

it seems both are similar but some thing differnce is there
