How can I see the list of sales documents of a customer?

what transaction where you can view the sales documents of a customer? I'm not authorized to use se11, I can only investigate it thru the transactions.

Hi.,

You Can see list of sales orders in va05,list of invoices in vf05,and specific business partnet information u can see in vc/1,and sales summary in vc/2

: Is there anyway to view the VF05 list without puting in payer or material ? We just want to list billing documents over certain period but the system always asks for vendor or material.

You can use VF04, in this transaction you will only need an specific period to see the list of billing documents.

You can see using 2 transactions:

1. VA05

2. SE 16 ( here you can give your selection criteria and see all documents)

Hi,

Use T.Code VA05.

When once u go into the overview screen of the va05, u can come across a field called sold to party which helps to find all the sales orders . And also u r having an option to select the date range and also the types of orders to select

Hi,

You can see the list of sales documents for a customer through VA05.Here you can make furhter selections for open orders or all the orders for a particular customer. As well you make the search based on a particular material for a customer. You can use the range of dates here between which you want to find the list of sales orders.
