To create a user other than the <sid>adm "PRDadm" I can smoothly enter the SQLPLUS "/ AS SYSADM" and DASE conextar the PRD and when I set user variables it stops working.

Greetings to All.

Was solved, it was made a reboot of all systems including the AD domain is the AD was suspected the problem was.
