BC-XBP Schedular in Solution Manager

Hello All,

I am configuring Job management in Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 and i am using BC-XBP schedular to schedule or import jobs information.

I tried to find this information everywhere but could not get in clear format.

I want to know that as i am using BC-XBP Schedular, does it require any additional license cost to use?

Hello,

the usage of the BC-XBP interface to schedule jobs from Job Scheduling Management in Solution Manager into an SAP system does not requires any additional license.

Please follow the implementation guide in SAP Solution Manager (transaction SPRO).

Please note that the RFC user, i.e. the user which is being used by the RFC from Solution Manager to Managed system, has to have the BC-XBP authorization (in the remote/managed system).

Just select the Check button next to the RFC destination selection. There should be no errors, i.e. logon and XBP check should be successful.
