Hello Guys
I am facing below error in 7.3.1 ,when i am trying to modify or do any changes in ID
Unable to notify Integration Server affected by data changes |
HTTP connection to http://XXXXXXXX.zzzzzz.com:zzzz/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=xxx returns status code '500' (Internal Server Error) in response |
Please guys can you help out with the error.

update the password of PIISxxx user in exchange profile if changed, check the INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and point it to FQDN. Make sure integration user has SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER role assigned.
if the error still repeats check the default trace and application logs, icm logs

Probably User is not assigned with SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER role.
Cross check roles assigned to specific user at PFCG, Refer below documents for the same.
At the end, make sure that cache is refreshed .
