update the password of PIISxxx user in exchange profile if changed, check the INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI and point it to FQDN. Make sure integration user has SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER role assigned.

if the error still repeats check the default trace and application logs, icm logs

Thanks,

Durga

Hi Prasanth

We had created the service User and assigned the mentioned roles in the note and checked by creating the type 3 logical connection, but still we are facing the same issue.

Thanks

Probably User is not assigned with SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER role.

Cross check roles assigned to specific user at PFCG, Refer below documents for the same.

PFCG-ROLE MAINTENANCE

Role Administration

At the end, make sure that cache is refreshed .

Hope it helps.!
