Dear Experts,

I am doing managed system configuration in SOLMAN 7.1 SR1.

I need to add one ABAP technical system. After RZ70 in ABAP system SLD got updated and technical system shows ABAP system but no other data is available(host, component versions, stc).

I checked SLD and it is having latest information but when i try to Resync from SLD i am getting error as "Resync of Technical System not possible due to missing Data Supplier"

Kindly give your valuable inputs since i am newbi in SOLMAN era.

System Details:

SOLMAN 7.1 SR1

OS: Windows server 2008 R2

DB: Oracle 11.0.3

Regards,

Sumit

HI Ander,

Sometimes SAP locks the SAP Note for updating so try after a day or two.

Hi Sumit,

1. Did you maintain the SLDAPICUST entry in ABAP System.

2. Are you getting any dump in st22 and sm21.

Hi Sumit,

goto solman_setup and re-perform the initial configuration. Check the steps where you need to configure SLD and LMDB sync.

Did you check the SAP_LMDB_LDB* job logs?

There's report  AI_LMDB_EASY_SUPPORT which collects status information of SLD/LMDB, sync. etc.

Run this report and check for warnings or error messages.

If ths report is not yet available in your system implement it via note 1752124.
