reduplicative delivery in STO

dear:

I created STO with document type UB, the quantity is 2 PC;

The delivery will be created with backgroupd job;

After job finished, i found there were 2 deliveres  in PO history of an item of the STO;  two deliveries were reduplicative; now the total delivery quantity were 4;

how cound i fix this issue?

Check both delivery created by batch job...normally batch job don't create duplicate..

I think one delivery might be created user..i mean user and batch job both runs at same time and created delivery...if so, ask user don't create delivery while batch job running...

VL10B-->set user profile to have delivery block logic

(VL10CUC--> create profile --> Repeat blocked (some numbers like 100 and assign this profile in VL10B under user role)

Thank u for ur quick reply;

to be honst, there are several STO which have the mistake i motioned in our system ;

some delivery is really created by user, but this is not the root cause i think;

For example, there is a STO  A, and it issue two deliveries 001 and 002, both 001 and 002 are created by user but the time is different; time gap is more than 30 mins.

mmm..strange case..does PO qty getting changed frequently.?However try above settings it will minmize ur duplication issues, later u can analyze further

we did not change qty of the STO, but i will set user profile,
